Welcome, dear reader, to a story about Gridify. Not your typical 'about' page filled with dry mission statements and team bios. 

We believe that software should be as colorful as a rainbow, as playful as a puppy, and as fun as a rollercoaster ride!

Yes, we build software, but we don't believe it has to be boring or complicated

Here's the real deal, folks. Our story isn't some dramatic tale of a hero's journey, but it's still pretty darn interesting.

We're a software building company, and people like working with us because we care about quality and consider software an art form.

But, being a small team, we couldn't keep up with the demand. That's when it hit us like a bus (a nice, friendly bus)

Why not package our philosophy into a product? A website builder that's simple and fun, because who has time for complicated stuff, am I right?

With our mission and vision clear as day one

The next step in our journey was as simple as a drip brew coffee. Every day, we grabbed a cup of coffee, opened up Figma, designed some screens, fired up VSCode, and started typing away.

And just like that, Gridify started to take shape

We drank so much coffee that people started joking that 70% of our bodies were made of water, but in reality, it was probably 70% coffee (and 30% sweat, blood, and tears of joy!)

After guzzling 1kg of beans, our MVP was ready. And when we sent it off to our first 100 customers, the response was as sweet as a caramel latte.

March 14th, 2024 started like any other day, but little did we know that this humble email would turn out to be the coffee beans that would grind into the most important brew of our lives!

I opened up my inbox (like always) and found an interview email from Antler (turns out I don't even remember filling out the form!).

Fast forward through the days, weeks, and months of our Antler adventure. Before we knew it, the time had come: June 2024, the final round of pitching for our first ever fundraising experience!

I don't know the outcome yet as I sit here and type these words, but the journey so far has been amazing, caffeine-infused, and life-changing!

And regardless of the result, I know that we'll continue to build Gridify because we love it, our customers love it.

And that's how it all began. This is just the first chapter of a larger, more epic tale that's still being written.

There are plenty of things in the works for us in the near future. We're rebuilding our website, developing a mobile app, and expanding our team.

And most importantly, we're living our dream: to make software that's fun, user-friendly, and exciting, just like that first sip of coffee in the morning.
